Order questions are easiest to solve when we have the details up front. Please include:

• your order number
• the name and email address used at checkout
• the product name and, for device problems, the batch or lot number printed on the packaging
• a short description of the issue, with photos if something arrived damaged or does not work

A certificate of analysis (COA) is a lab report showing a product’s cannabinoid results. Product pages for FVKD Exotics items link the COA where one is available, and our lab results page lists them by product line.

If a report is missing there, use the Request link next to the product, which brings you back to this page. Tell us the product name and, if you have the package, its batch or lot number, and we will share the report FVKD provides when we have it. We do not run lab tests ourselves.
