We are an independent retailer of FVKD Exotics products. We are not the brand, and this is not the official FVKD website. Product names, brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.

You must be 21 or older to use this site or buy from us. By confirming your age at the age gate or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We may ask for proof of age or identity at any time and may cancel orders we cannot verify. Where the law or the carrier requires it, an adult 21 or older must sign for delivery. You may not buy products for, give them to or resell them to anyone under 21.

You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you order or create an account, including your name, age, billing address and shipping address. Orders with false or incomplete details may be cancelled.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Product facts on this site, such as line, size, cannabinoid and strain type, come from FVKD. We work to keep them accurate, but manufacturers can change packaging, formulations or availability without notice.

Flavor and effect words are FVKD’s own descriptions, and effects vary from person to person. Check the packaging and the certificate of analysis (COA) linked from each product and from our lab results page before use.

Prices are in US dollars. Our prices follow FVKD’s current prices on the brand site and update automatically about every 6 hours, so a price can change between visits. You pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Stock levels change throughout the day. If a pricing or listing error occurs, or an item sells out after you order, we may cancel the affected item and refund you. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email confirms only that we received it, and we accept your order when we ship it.

We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, before it ships. Reasons include failed age or identity checks, a shipping address in a restricted state, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock shortages and changes in the law or carrier rules. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to your original payment method.

To cancel an order yourself, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. Once an order has shipped, the returns policy applies.

No payment is taken on this website. After you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm it and arrange payment. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We ship only within the United States. We do not ship to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah or Vermont, and we may change this list as laws change. You may not use a forwarding service or another address to get around these limits.

Hemp laws differ between states and cities and change often. You are responsible for making sure that buying, possessing and using these products is legal where you live and where your order is delivered.

Federal law is changing too. A law passed in November 2025 changes the federal hemp definition to count total THC, including THCA, and limits intoxicating hemp products, with the change scheduled to take effect in November 2026. We may stop selling or shipping any product when we believe the law requires it.

You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping. You may not copy our original content, interfere with the security or operation of the site, or use automated tools to collect prices or product data. Site text and design belong to fvkdvapes.com, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we make no claim that any product offers a health benefit. Read the FDA statement on our disclaimer page, and speak with a healthcare professional if you have questions about your health.

Products are sold as described by the manufacturer. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
