Wholesale

Wholesale inquiries are for registered businesses, such as retail stores, that plan to resell products lawfully. The person applying must be 21 or older.

Your business must hold every license, permit and registration your state and city require to sell hemp products, and you must be able to show them on request. We cannot supply businesses outside the United States or ship wholesale orders to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah or Vermont.

Write to us through our contact page with “Wholesale” in the subject line. Please include:

• your legal business name, any trade name and your business address
• your name, role, email address and phone number
• the licenses or permits you hold to sell hemp products, and the states that issued them
• your website or storefront details, if you have them
• the FVKD product lines you are interested in and rough quantities
• the state or states where you plan to sell

We may ask for copies of licenses, a resale certificate or other documents before we go further.

We review your details, check that we can lawfully supply your location and reply by email. Sending an inquiry does not create an account or an order, and we may decline or end any wholesale arrangement if licensing, age or legal requirements are not met.

State and local hemp rules change often, so what we can supply, and where, may change too.

We are an independent retailer of FVKD, not the brand. We cannot appoint distributors, grant territory rights or speak for FVKD on partnership questions.
