Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only and do not accept orders for delivery abroad.

We do not ship to Arkansas (AR), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Oklahoma (OK), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), Utah (UT) or Vermont (VT). Checkout blocks shipping addresses in these states, and the list may change as state rules change.

Please do not use a package-forwarding service or someone else’s address to route an order into a state we do not serve. We may cancel any order we believe is headed to a restricted location.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of our team confirming your order and arranging payment. Most parcels then arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Processing can take longer during busy periods, when stock changes after you order, or when we need to confirm details such as your age or address.

When your order ships, we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout.

We ship with a carrier that accepts hemp products. Transit time depends on the carrier and your location, and any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a promise.

Shipping is free on every order.

Not every carrier accepts vape products, and carrier rules can be stricter than state rules. For that reason we choose the carrier and service used for each order.

Every order must be placed by, and delivered to, an adult aged 21 or older. Confirming your age at our age gate is only the first step.

We may ask for further proof of age or identity before we ship, and we cancel and refund orders we cannot verify. Where the law or the carrier requires it, an adult 21 or older must show valid ID and sign for the parcel. If nobody eligible is available, the carrier may try again, hold the parcel or send it back to us.

Orders ship in discreet outer packaging that does not advertise what is inside. Any labels or markings that a carrier or the law requires will still appear on the parcel.

If tracking stops updating, shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, or the box arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damage, photos of the box and the items.

We open a claim with the carrier where one is available and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, for example because of an incorrect address or a missed adult signature, we contact you about reshipping or a refund.

Federal and state rules for selling and mailing hemp products, and hemp vapes in particular, can change quickly. If shipping an order becomes unlawful, or a carrier stops accepting it, we may cancel the order and refund you in full to the original payment method.

A federal law passed in November 2025 changes the federal hemp definition to count total THC, including THCA, and limits intoxicating hemp products. The change is scheduled to take effect in November 2026. We may update this policy, our product range or the restricted-states list as the rules develop.
