The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as cannabis, including its derivatives and extracts, with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. FVKD sells its products as hemp products under that definition.

Each product’s certificate of analysis (COA), a lab report from FVKD, lists its cannabinoid results, including delta-9 THC. You can find them on our lab results page.

A federal law passed in November 2025 changes the federal hemp definition to count total THC, including THCA, rather than delta-9 THC alone. It also limits intoxicating hemp products, and the change is scheduled to take effect in November 2026.

If the change takes effect as written, some products sold today may no longer qualify as hemp under federal law. We may remove products or stop shipping them as the rules require. No product description on this site is a statement that a product is legal for you.

States and cities regulate hemp, THCA and THC-P products differently, and those rules change often. We do not ship to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah or Vermont.
