We collect the details you enter when you place an order, create an account or contact us.

• Orders: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, the products you buy, order notes and order history.
• Accounts: username, email address, saved addresses and a password, which is stored as a one-way hash rather than in readable form.
• Messages: anything you send us, such as order questions, return requests, COA requests or wholesale inquiries, including attached photos.
• Age and identity checks: if we ask for further proof of age before shipping, the information you provide for that check.

When you browse the site, our servers and the tools described below record technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and the time of each visit.

When you place an order, our store software, WooCommerce, records the IP address and browser used for that order. We use this to help detect fraud and resolve payment disputes.

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them to run the store, remember your age confirmation and measure how the site is used.

• Age verification: when you confirm you are 21 or older, we set a cookie that remembers your answer for 30 days, so you are not asked on every visit. It records only that you confirmed, not your date of birth.
• Store and account cookies: WooCommerce uses cookies to keep your cart, run checkout and keep you signed in.
• Analytics cookies: set by Google Analytics 4, described below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work, and the age gate will appear again.

We use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to understand how visitors find and use the site. It collects information such as pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location and the source of your visit, using cookies and similar technology.

We look at these reports in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors. Google processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can limit analytics by blocking cookies or by installing the opt-out browser add-on that Google offers.

We do not take card payments on this website, so no card details are entered here or stored by us. After you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm it and arrange payment.

We send transactional emails about your order and account, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and password resets. These are part of the service.

We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them, and each one includes an unsubscribe link.

We keep order records for as long as tax, accounting and legal requirements demand. Account details stay until you delete the account or ask us to, unless we must keep them for those reasons. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising.

To make a request, use our contact page. We verify your identity before acting, respond within the time your state’s law requires and will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we decline a request, we explain why and, where your state provides one, how to appeal. Account holders can also update their details on the account page.

This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we delete it if we learn we have.
