Godfather OG

FVKD confirms four things about Godfather OG: the line, the size, the cannabinoid and the pack options. The remaining rows in the table are marked as not published, because FVKD hasn’t provided them.

Godfather OG is one of only two strains in FVKD’s 12-strain Premium line without a type label; Guava Gushers is the other. Neither comes with flavor or effect words.

“OG” in a strain name usually signals a link to OG Kush, one of the most influential cultivars in American cannabis. Where the two letters originally came from is disputed, and FVKD doesn’t explain its own use of them.

General strain references often describe Godfather OG as an indica-leaning cross of two other OG-family strains, XXX OG and Alpha OG. That is how the name is commonly discussed, not information from FVKD, and growers sometimes attach one name to quite different plants.

OG-family strains are widely associated with earthy, pine and fuel-like aromas. FVKD hasn’t said whether this device follows that pattern, so the association is a starting point for your expectations, not a tasting note.

FVKD hasn’t published flavor or effect words for Godfather OG, and we don’t fill that gap with guesses. You are buying a named cultivar in a known format, and the rest is yours to discover.

The cannabinoid is THCA. Think of it as THC before heat: once the device warms it, it becomes delta-9 THC. Effects vary from person to person. Tolerance and the size of each draw matter more than any name, so start small and let a few minutes pass before a second draw.

If you’d rather shop with tasting notes in hand, other Premium strains come with them. FVKD describes Gorilla Glue as earthy and pine, for example, which is close to the profile many people expect from an OG name.

Neither, officially: Godfather OG has no type label from FVKD. General strain references often call it indica-leaning, but that is not FVKD’s classification, so it isn’t listed on our strain-type pages.

Labeled strains are grouped on our indica, sativa and hybrid pages. Even where a brand applies them, these traditional labels are rough, as the indica vs sativa vs hybrid guide shows.

Godfather OG and Godfather are separate strains that FVKD sells in different lines. Godfather OG is a 3.5g Premium THCA disposable with no descriptors, while Godfather is a 1.5g Live Rosin Mini that FVKD labels indica and describes as earthy and herbal.

FVKD doesn’t connect the two, so Godfather’s flavor words shouldn’t be read across to this product. Choose Godfather if you want a solventless live rosin extract in a smaller device; choose Godfather OG if you want the OG name in a 3.5g disposable.

The FVKD Godfather OG Premium THCA Disposable 3.5g is $35.99 on its own, and six cost $170.99; per unit, that is $2.00 less than fvkd.com.

“Premium” is a line name rather than a grade anyone can measure, and FVKD hasn’t said which extraction process sits behind it. The full FVKD Premium disposables collection holds 12 strains, all at 3.5g, inside our wider FVKD disposable vapes range. For how Premium compares with solventless rosin, read Premium vs Live Rosin.

With so little published about the strain, the certificate of analysis (COA) is the most concrete document available. It is a lab’s batch report covering the cannabinoid profile and contaminant screening, and some labs add a terpene panel. FVKD’s reports are linked from our lab results page.

Stock updates throughout the day; the product page shows current availability. A single device is the sensible first purchase for a strain with no published tasting notes, and the 6-pack makes more sense once you know you like it.

Godfather OG suits buyers who already know the OG family and are comfortable choosing on reputation. If a strain name alone tells you what you want, the missing descriptors won’t hold you back.

It is a harder pick for shoppers who rely on flavor notes to decide. They may prefer to start with a Premium strain that has FVKD’s words attached, then return to Godfather OG once they know how the 3.5g Premium format suits them.

The most useful comparisons are the strains closest to Godfather OG in line or in name. Each is an alternative rather than a confirmed relative, since FVKD publishes no lineage for any of them.

• Guava Gushers: the other Premium strain FVKD sells without a type label, flavor words or effect words.
• Gods Gift: an indica-labeled Premium strain, for shoppers who want a 3.5g THCA device with FVKD’s type label attached.
• Godfather: a separate earthy, herbal indica in FVKD’s 1.5g Mini format.

The complete FVKD strain library lists every flavor by name and product line.
