Zours

Zours is a short, punchy name, and it reads like shorthand for sour candy. FVKD doesn’t publish a lineage or explain the name, so we won’t attach a family tree to it; the flavor description tells you far more than any origin story would.

Sour is a familiar word in cannabis names, but it doesn’t always mean candy. FVKD describes Sour Diesel, for example, as sour and diesel, a fuel-driven kind of sourness. Zours sits at the opposite end, with its sharpness coming from citrus and candy instead.

Here is everything FVKD states about the strain and its one product:

Each of FVKD’s four words does a different job, and together they describe a sour-candy profile rather than a simple fruit one.

• Citrus sets the fruit base, bright and zesty.
• Tart is the sour edge, and the word that separates Zours from its neighbors.
• Candy signals a confectionery sweetness rather than fresh fruit.
• Punch suggests a mixed-fruit, drink-like roundness.

Notice what is missing: FVKD doesn’t use the word sweet for Zours, even though it does for most candy-style strains. That is a useful hint that the sour side leads. If you prefer your citrus sugary rather than sharp, another Mini may suit you better.

The table below shows how Zours compares with the other sativa-labeled Live Rosin Minis:

FVKD publishes no effect words for Zours, and we don’t fill that gap. It is also worth resisting the temptation to read effects into the sativa label, which is a traditional grouping rather than a forecast.

The fact you can plan around is the cannabinoid. Zours contains THCA, the raw acid form of THC in hemp, which the device’s heat converts to delta-9 THC. Pace yourself: take one short draw, then pause before deciding on another, especially if live rosin vapes are new to you. Effects vary from person to person.

FVKD labels Zours a sativa, and you’ll find it on our sativa hub alongside FVKD’s other sativa-labeled products. Among the Live Rosin Minis, four flavors carry the sativa label, and Zours is the one with a sour-candy description.

Keep in mind that sativa, indica and hybrid are shorthand categories that shoppers find convenient, not measurements. Our guide to indica vs sativa vs hybrid at FVKD explains how much weight to give them.

Zours is a Minis-only flavor in the range we carry, so there is one device to consider and two ways to buy it: singly or as a 5-pack.

• FVKD Zours Live Rosin Mini Disposable 1.5g: Live Rosin Mini line, 1.5g, THCA. $15.99 for one, or $61.99 for a 5-pack.

Each Mini costs $2.00 less than the per-unit price on fvkd.com. Stock updates throughout the day; the product page shows current availability.

The Live Rosin Mini format

Live Rosin Minis are FVKD’s 1.5g disposables. The extract is live rosin, a solventless concentrate made by pressing fresh-frozen plant material, or hash made from it, with heat and pressure. See every flavor in Live Rosin Minis, or the full range of FVKD disposable vapes.

Wondering whether the smaller size is right for you? FVKD Minis vs 3.5g weighs size against value, and Minis vs Live Rosin 3.5g compares the two live rosin disposable lines.

Trying Zours for the first time

Sour profiles tend to divide people, so buying a single Mini first is the sensible way to find out whether Zours is for you. If it becomes a favorite, the 5-pack lowers the cost of each device.

Zours suits adults who choose vapes by flavor and enjoy sour sweets, sharp lemonades or tangy fruit more than creamy or dessert profiles. If you usually reach for bakery or gas flavors, start with a single and see how the tart edge sits with you before committing to a pack.

Before using any device, you can match its batch to a certificate of analysis. Our lab results page explains what to check: the cannabinoid profile, the delta-9 THC result and contaminant screening.

All three carry FVKD’s sativa label and share at least one flavor word with Zours.

• Berry Zkittlez: another candy-style Live Rosin Mini, with berry, sweet, fruity and juicy in place of the tart edge; also sold as a dab syringe.
• Tangerine Dream: a straight-citrus Live Rosin Mini that FVKD describes as euphoric and energizing, for anyone who wants the citrus without the sour candy.
• Otterpop: candy and sweet in a 3.5g Live Rosin Dab Syringe, with uplifting and energy as its effect words.

Every other name is in the FVKD strain library.
