Our store
How our ordering process actually works
We do not take payment on this website. You place an order, our team contacts you to confirm it, and payment and delivery are arranged from there. Here is the whole sequence, with nothing left vague.
Quick answer
Place your order with the full total shown at checkout. No payment is taken on the site and no card details are stored by us. Our team then contacts you to confirm the order, arrange payment and book delivery.
Why our checkout looks different
Most online stores take your card at the end of checkout. We do not. You place an order, and a person from our team contacts you afterwards to confirm it and arrange payment.
There are two reasons. Hemp is a regulated product with real restrictions on where it can go and who can receive it, and a short conversation catches problems that a form does not. And payment processing for this category is genuinely difficult, so we handle it deliberately rather than pretending otherwise.
The practical upshot for you: no card details are entered on this website, and none are stored by us. There is nothing here to leak.
Step one: confirm you are 21 or older
The first thing you will meet is the age check. It is not decoration. We sell only to adults aged 21 and over, in the United States, and an adult signature is required when the parcel is delivered.
Your answer is remembered for 30 days in that browser, so you will not be asked on every page. Clearing your cookies will bring it back.
Step two: build your order
Add what you want to the cart and adjust quantities there. Prices are rendered live from our catalogue, so the totals are current rather than typed in.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Nothing is added after you place the order — the total at checkout is the total.
If something is sold out it cannot be added. Product pages list the same strain in other lines where it exists, which is usually the quickest route to an alternative.
Step three: your details
At checkout you give a name, email, phone number and shipping address. All four get used: the phone and email are how we reach you to confirm, and the address decides whether we can ship at all.
We do not ship to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah or Vermont. Checkout will refuse an address in those states rather than take an order we cannot fulfil.
Use the phone number you actually answer. The confirmation step is a real call or email, and an order we cannot confirm is an order that sits still.
Step four: place the order — still no payment
When you place the order, three things happen. The order is recorded, an account is created for you from your email address, and a confirmation email goes out immediately.
The account is made automatically so your order history has somewhere to live. You do not need to set one up in advance, and you will get a separate email with a link to set a password when you want one.
Nothing has been charged at this point. The order confirmation is a record of what you asked for, not a receipt.
Step five: we contact you
Our team then gets in touch by phone or email to confirm the order, arrange payment and book delivery. This is where anything unusual gets dealt with before money moves — a restricted address, an item that has just gone out of stock, a delivery timing question.
If you have placed an order and not heard from us, get in touch with your order number rather than placing the order a second time. Duplicate orders are harder to unpick than a chase-up email.
Step six: dispatch and delivery
Once the order is confirmed and payment arranged, it is packed and handed to the carrier within one to two business days. Most parcels then arrive three to seven business days after they ship, depending where you are.
Processing can take longer during busy periods, when stock changes after you order, or when we need to confirm details. We would rather tell you that than quote a number we cannot hold.
Packaging is plain and unbranded. An adult 21 or older must be there to sign. Full detail is in our shipping policy.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and you cannot find it, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the packaging. We open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once it is resolved.
If a device does not work on arrival, tell us within 7 days with the batch number and photos. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days. Both are set out in the returns policy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, within 5 business days of the return being approved.
What we will never ask you for
We will not ask for your card details by email. We will not ask for a payment to an account you have not agreed with us on the phone. And we will not ask you to pay before you have spoken to a person from our team.
If you get a message claiming to be from us that does any of those things, do not act on it — contact us directly using the address on this site and check.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Do you take payment on the website?
No. You place the order and our team contacts you to arrange payment separately. No card details are entered on this site and none are stored by us.
How soon will you contact me after I order?
Shortly after the order is placed, by phone or email, using the details you gave at checkout. If you have not heard from us, contact us with your order number.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. An account is created automatically from your email when you order, so your order history has somewhere to live. You will get a separate email to set a password.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum. The total shown at checkout is the total.
Which states do you not ship to?
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah and Vermont. Checkout refuses addresses in those states.
Does someone have to sign for the parcel?
Yes. An adult aged 21 or over must be present to sign on delivery.
